Online booking of Pooja, Yagya, and Karmakand services
Panditji consultations and Muhurat guidance
Purchase of Pooja Samagri and spiritual books

These services are provided as Free or Paid Services, and some may require user registration.
Our services are intended for users who are:

Capable of entering into legally binding contracts
Lagnashri.in is not liable for unauthorized or underage access.
To access certain features, users must register an account. You agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
Use the services for unlawful purposes
Post offensive, abusive, or obscene content

For Services (Pooja Booking, Panditji Consultation):
Email cancellation requests to support@lagnashri.in within 2 hours of payment.
Refunds will not be granted after confirmation or delivery of service.
Corrections to submitted information must be emailed within 1 hour of booking.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
In case of double payment, excess will be refunded after verification.
For Products (Books, Pooja Samagri):
Non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Damage complaints must be emailed to support@lagnashri.in with evidence (photos/videos) within 2 working days.
Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Refunds may be adjusted for courier, transaction, or processing charges.
All content on Lagnashri.in—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the intellectual property of Lagnashri or its licensors and protected under Indian copyright laws.
Lagnashri.in will not be responsible for:
Any indirect or consequential loss from use of our services
User reliance on spiritual or astrological guidance
Delays, errors, or disruptions beyond our control
All services are provided as-is, with no guarantees or warranties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
